Summary: The property was exactly as described in the listing. The home was very clean and very well maintained. The hosts were the best! They were great with communication when I had questions before the trip as well as during the trip. If you are thinking about a stay in Lava Hot Springs this would be the place to stay. When I make the trip again, I know I will be staying.

Summary: This house is very large. We had 11 adults and 2 children and didn’t feel cramped in the slightest. Open concept with lots of rooms. The 2 kitchens were a dream since we are vacation cookers. The covered patio is adorable. The yard is beautiful and peaceful and just far enough away to be quiet and private. Also close enough to walk! Hosts were extremely accommodating.
