Could sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and two children. Located in a safe and stablish neighborhood. Fully equip kitchen with all the amenities guest needs to fill like home away and to cook their meals and breakfast , plus the host is next door and if the guest forgot to bring something!!!!!!! !!!!we got it!!!!!! just let us know , We like you to feel like you are at home . Summary: Clean! Sal is a super hospitable owner. The unit is described as a studio, but it has a bedroom, bathroom with roomie shower and an efficiency style kitchen. It included a toaster and blender, and hot plate for cooking. The outdoor dinette with umbrella was a lovely and convenient place to enjoy coffee, and breakfast. There are TVs in both rooms. Highly recommend!

Summary: Accommodations were as advertised! The best part was how quiet things were at night. Even with another large family staying close by, we never had an issue. Great service and would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
