Summary: Great little converted cottage and very well thought out. The queen bed was very comfy. Only criticism was the kitchen was missing a few important items and the TV only had the basic channels (more of an issue for the complaining kids) but this stay was perfect. Very well priced and not far from central Ballarat. Would highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

Summary: Very clean and surprisingly spacious. Loved there was toys for little one to play with and master bedroom was big enough for portacot. Only thing I would have liked was a vacuum cleaner and dustpan so we could clean up after ourselves.
