Beautiful holiday house located on the Ottawa River. Set on the Corbu Bay without water currents it feels like a lake (with the other shore a mile away). It is situated on a large private lot, just 25 minutes from Gatineau and 40 minutes from Ottawa.
The cottage provides guests with wonderful water views with great privacy.
Perfect for that romantic getaway, a fishing adventure or a private family vacation.
Most of the furniture is brand new and three were many renovations recently completed.
Large and bright living room with cathedral ceiling and direct access to a large terrace overlooking the water. Two sitting rooms adjacent to the lower bedrooms give outdoor access to the water side. The screened sunroom is perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the huge backyard offers complete privacy complemented with a fire pit that will help with roasting marshmallows and building some memories.
The open concept living room with reclining sofa and loveseat is a great space for reading, entertaining or relaxing. The cottage has a 55” Smart TV and DVD player. The TV is connected to the internet and allows you to log onto your favourite streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon, Apple, etc.).
Built for year-round accommodation this cottage has both central air conditioning and heating, as well as a wood fireplace in the main living area to make those winter stays extra cozy.
The two oversized decks offer breathtaking views and have lots of seating and patio furniture. Guest can also enjoy kayaking seasonal (two kayaks and vests included - sesonal), board games, movies, and much more.
You can also BBQ on the main deck overlooking the gorgeous Ottawa River and enjoy dining in natures finest!
High season bookings (June 15 to Labour Day) are subject to a 7-night minimum booking, with check-in on Fridays. Outside of the high season we accommodate minimum 3 days booking in long weekends and minimum 2 days booking for the rest of the days.
