This 85 m2 property is located in the quiet, residential area of El Viso, one of the most exclusive and sought-after addresses in Madrid. It is unique in that is has all the conveniences of a modern property, whilst being near the heart of the city centre.
The apartment has excellent transport links, with four different metro (underground) lines nearby. The Avenida de America transport hub, 100 meters away, puts it at your quick disposal the main centers of interest in the city and takes you to the heart of Madrid in 15 minutes.
It is near the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu , home of Real Madrid Club de Futbol and minutes from the luxurious neighborhood of Salamanca with its main streets ( Serrano and Velazquez ) just a few meters away. It has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay ( cafes , bars , restaurants , supermarkets, ... and close to the National Auditorium ) . This apartment combines the advantages of living in a quiet, safe area with greenery and without giving up the comforts of living near downtown.
The flat has been decorated with luxury finishes and equipped with leading brands .... with a Samsung SMART TV 40 ` to enjoy your relaxing time at home. With a very efficient distribution , has plenty of storage , a dining room of 20 m2 and two bathrooms decorated in natural tones with touches of color. The plants add a touch of warmth to the calm atmosphere that permeates the floor.
The apartment is ready for 8 persons – two bedrooms with a double bed, a double sofa bed ,one single puff-bed and one baby cot. All of then with high quality to allow you a good sleep.

Summary: The apartment is very large, clean and comfortable, and the location is very good - a quiet neighborhood but very close to a supermarket, and ~8 minutes walk from several metro stations; there are also several good restaurants within walking distance. There are air conditioners in every room. Communications with Antonio and Javier were always quick and pleasant. Definitely recommended !

Summary: Antonio and Javier helped make our stay in Madrid very enjoyable. The apartment is in excellent condition, very well equipped and had everything we needed. Out of the 8 different properties we used on our Spain vacation, this one would be rated as our favorite.

Summary: Antonio and his partner were very excellent hosts! We had originally booked this apartment, but due to a conflict, Antonio was able to re-accommodate us without disruption at their Penthouse rental in Madrid. Me, and my two other HomeAway colleagues definitely would recommend renting from Antonio. They were very helpful at giving options to dine and shop in the neighborhood, and also were extremely easy to communicate with as the three of us were not native Spanish speakers.

Summary: Great apartment. Close to the Metro, bus and grocery store. Very clean and well-equiped. We did miss having a tumble dryer, but the owners provided a drying rack. The master bedroom is pretty noisy because there is a neighbor who keeps his TV loud until at least 12:00 pm, but other than that the apartment was great for us.

Summary: Very happy with our choice to stay at this property. The apartment is clean and appears just as it does in the photos. Our hosts met us at the apartment and were available if needed, we didn’t need to contact them. Conveniently located close to Avenida de Americas metro stop, easy to get a taxi and able to walk to cloe neighborhoods, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend the hosts to add a luggage rack to place suitcases but otherwise this apartment had everything we needed. Clean linens and towels, soap, iron, hairdryer, kitchen appliances, coffee maker etc.

Summary: The title word Care is appropriate to describe our stay in El Viso Smart apt. Antonio and Javier cared that we had a great stay in Madrid. It was Cool and comfortable anytime day and night. It was easily accessible..restaurants and Carrefour, churches and shopping. All in all, it made for a relaxing experience after our touring, shopping and dining. Summary: It´s a beautiful, modern apartment close to Avenida de América, where many metro lines cross Madrid to everywhere … markets and good restaurants like La Vaca Argentina are very close … Owners are polite and helpful, and keep the apartment at the best possible shape. The place is quiet and all utilities (hot water, wifi, cable TV, etc.) work properly … It was a perfect choice for us!

Summary: The property is just as described: in a very good location with easy access to public transpation, well equipped kitchen , nice clean and quiet building. The unit was very clean, appliances in perfect condition and it had everything to make our stay very comfortable. Antonio responds almost immediatelly to any question or comcern and it is very easy to communicate with him. Javier is very welcoming and assisted with transportation arrangements and went far and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would recommend this property to family and friends.
