Summary: The condo is a little piece of paradise. It is in a great location right on the Gulf, and had everything we needed to make our stay quite pleasant. Parking is very convenient (right outside the door), and we enjoyed the pool as much as the weather would allow. The condo is in a nice, quiet complex. The owners were very responsive and attentive. Highly recommended!!

Summary: We really enjoy our stay. The home had everything that you would need for your vacation. It was very clean. The location was ideal. It is very close to the pool and the beach access. We really enjoyed the patio with the view of the ocean. There is a small tree that provided shade at any part of the day. The complex was very quiet, with a short drive to either Indian Shores or Clearwater. We had the pleasure of meeting Kim. She was very attentive to all our needs. We hope to stay again!

Summary: This home made us feel right at home! The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, cookware, and plenty of dishes and glasses. Right on a gorgeous beach, perfect for long walks and paddle ball. The beach chairs and beach towels were fantastic! Highly recommend this home for a relaxing, quiet vacation.

Summary: Kim and David's place is in a wonderful complex with a friendly, community feel. The condo opens on the ground floor and you can see the beach and the pool from the patio. The condo was well stocked with all the kitchen tools you need, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. Kids toys and scooters really sealed the deal! We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back next summer.

Summary: We spent January in this home. My first month of retirement was all we could ask for. The home was well furnished with many thoughtful extras. (Towels galore, Porta crib, blankets and pillows) we highly recommend this home away from home.

Summary: The condo had everything we needed. The owners thought of everything from beach accessories, extra linens, kitchen and laundry supplies etc... Closets were meticulously labled so that we knew what linens went to what room. Parking was great and there is a pool. The Gulf beach is right outside and we enjoyed walking on the beach. I was also impressed with the outside grill though we did not use it. I highly recommend this place as the poly and city bus also stopped right in front and you could take it to the beach Pier 60 or in the other direction all the way down to treasure island.
