Summary: Our overall experience was wonderful. The house is very inviting, surrounded by beautiful nature, nice pool and there are places you can visit such as the Echo Bay for boat rides and the nice Hacienda restaurant in Brookfield, excellent food and live Mariachi.

Summary: The house was perfect for our weekend in the Litchfield area. It was centrally located and we had easy access to Roxbury and Washington. We really enjoyed the updates the owner made to their charming home. We also enjoyed the fact that all of the bedding and linens were new and the house was spotless. We would definitely return

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and quiet. The decor of the home was beautifully done and was very inviting - the whole house made for an incredibly relaxing weekend. The house would have been difficult to find, but Joseph had sent a description that made it smooth. The house is off of the main road, giving you that country feel but also close enough to the downtown area so that if you forget something the stores aren't too far a drive. Our favorite activities were only 15/20 minutes from the home. We loved Theo's Downtown Diner for breakfast, we visited Lovers Leap which offered some nice views and an easy family friendly hike, we also hit up Averill Farm for apple picking and delicious pizza! Overall just a great experience.

Summary: More rustic than what my husband and I are used to renting, the house though had pure charm. The heated pool was a delight. The Jorinos were very responsive to whatever we needed during our stay. The kitchen cabinets and masters bedroom closet could have used some updating but all in all the house and Litchfield County were the stars of our two week vacation. Brian and Nanette

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is set back from the road, giving the property privacy (the neighborhood was very quiet as well). The house was nicely furnished and clean, with a spacious layout. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom and bedrooms clean. Would definitely recommend!
