The combination of traditional architecture with modern comfort is the great specialty of this house. In the holiday home you can expect comfortably furnished interiors that extend from the ground floor, first floor to the attic (sloping roof to 100 cm). From the well-kept garden you can see the sea from every position.
The house has a rare, very pleasant charm that infects you, that never tires you and always surprises you. It is a pleasure to be in and around the house. Simply ideal to relax and unwind.
The best way to relax from the summer heat is to jump into the crystal-clear water. The beach is below the house. The house has its own "plaza", a concrete deck platform right on the coast (not exclusive, as beaches in Croatia must always be open to the public). The large public beach of the village is less than 3 minutes walk from the house, also directly under the property.
A supermarket and restaurants are located just 350 meters from the house. In a few minutes you can actually walk to everything you need on vacation. The car can stand still….

The town of Labin, about a 10-minute drive away, is the hub of the area. In the city market you can experience the hustle and bustle of the regional vendors, there is fresh local produce, excellent meat and sensational fish.
The picturesque harbor town of Sveta Marina is located in the Kvarner Bay. This part of Istria is known for its Mediterranean climate, its subtropical vegetation and its unique, unspoiled nature. Along the entire coast towards Ravni, the next town in the south, there is a road directly along the sea, past picturesque empty bays.
