LARGE LIBRARY, FAST WI-FI. VERY QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS IS THE ENTIRE 1,070 sq ft 2ND FLOOR OF A 15 YEAR OLD HOUSE. THERE ARE 16 STEPS UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR. WE ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO I-75, LEE UNIVERSITY AND ACCESS TO MANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE 2 QUEEN BEDS AND 4 RECLINERS THAT ADULTS OR CHILDREN CAN SLEEP IN. THERE IS A 10' x 18' OUTDOOR SEATING AREA WITH A GAS BBQ. EXCELLENT FOR LONG-TERM STAYS. FOR EACH GUEST AFTER 5, THERE IS A $25 CHARGE PER NIGHT.

Summary: This place is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Cleveland while still being a short drive to the main roads where all of the stores and restaurants are (and I-75). The hosts were gracious and helpful. As the owner points out, the entry stairs are steep and narrow. He is not kidding, but we were able to navigate them. Just be aware that for some these might be a challenge if you have heavy suitcases. Even with these stairs, we would stay here again when we come back into town.
