We offer you a chance to unwind, take in our stunning morning sunrises with your morning brew. Or enjoy the changing ocean view caused by the high and low tides, with your best friend. If it’s natures’ life you seek, spy the Eagles glide in effortless bliss, view the porpoises breaching gracefully toward the deep blue sea, or spot deer passing through our back yard. If you happen to be there in late September or early October, you can wade into the Bay and try your hand at fishing for Pink Salmon. If you relish meandering along the seashore, we have infinite tide pools to explore with abundant sea life all around you.
Located 9 minutes away from Nanaimo City and 6 minutes from Departure Bay Ferry terminal. This fabulous 3 bedroom house overlooks the Bay. All rooms have a waterfront view, even the garage! This four level, 3700 square foot house has an open concept living, dining room, and an Italian inspired modern kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, on the main floor. Conveniently outside the kitchen and dining room, there is a large patio with an outdoor BBQ, where you can enjoy your meals or just enjoy the view. Set apart from the rest of the house, an elegant, private, master bedroom, with a king size bed, a full ensuite, and a special bath tub/jacuzzi, with a breathtaking view. On the lower level are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms, a TV room with a double sofa bed, and for the kids, an interior play room with a TV for video games, and a cabinet queen sized bed. A special billiard and TV room with ensuite can be found as a place of refuge or party room, on the last level. This house can sleep 10 people. Pets are not permitted in the house.
The elegant house is just a short walk from restaurants, tennis courts, a children’s water park and playground. Grocery shopping is a 3 minute drive and the Shopping Centres are all within a 20 minute drive.

Summary: Our two families had a wonderful 4-night stay here. There was room for everyone to spread out. Its waterfront location was really special-watching the ferries coming and going was very entertaining. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Summary: Beautiful property right on a sheltered bay, perfect for our whole family. My only concern was that the hidden driveway made it dangerous as the traffic goes by the corner very fast and visibility is almost till.

Summary: This beautiful upscale home was ideal for our large family. The gracious hosts provided a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens for the six beds and five bathrooms we occupied. The view from the balconies overlooking the bay was incredible and the direct access to the beach was great, especially for the kids. The spacious kitchen and dining area and living room accommodated our large group very comfortably. The location of the driveway is a bit awkward and care must be taken when exiting. We highly recommend this property for a family group looking for the ideal place from which to easily explore the many sights in and around Nanaimo and beyond.

Summary: We were a family of 8 and found this property to be the perfect size. Plenty of space to stretch out, a small lawn area and of course right on the waterfront. Easy to launch our kayak and SUP. Very clean and very comfortable. It was also the perfect location in North Nanaimo from which to explore the parks in the area. We would have gladly stayed longer!

Summary: Our family of 7 adults loved our stay in this beautiful beach-side home. The large and extremely well-stocked kitchen family room, multi-level deck and dining table served us very well. We wanted a “hang” vacation and that’s what we did. We watched herons, otters, and the tide. We love a large house as we like space. Very delightful. Ample room for many generations, and ample bathrooms. A great home for staying in. Wonderful communication with owners. A big win. Mom’s fave was deep bath with bay view.
