Summary: Like the title says, this is probably the best place I've ever stayed at. Booked it because my partner was dealing with a family emergency in Nanaimo and I wanted to be close to him and bring our cat along. We ended up needing some extra accomodations due to a death in my partner's family, but Akash and Rozy were extremely kind and understanding and gave us everything we needed. Made a HUGE positive difference in a difficult moment where all of us were grieving. If you're like me and get anxious about booking this sort of thing online, I can personally guarantee you this place is super worth your money. The suite is: - Super well maintained - Spacious - In a beautiful area in Nanaimo - Had everything we needed and more (good towels, extra bedding and blankets, good furniture, TV/Netflix with a guest account for us to use, all essential kitchen stuff to cook with, good heating, laundry room, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, even a booklet with info about the suite and fun things to do in the area!!) - The locking system to the suite felt very secure Thank you again Akash. If we need to be in Nanaimo again for the short term (and hopefully under happier circumstances) I'll definitely try booking this again!

Summary: Apartment was clean & quiet. Gas fireplace remote not working so hard to turn on. Communication with host prior to arrival was difficult as no phone or email given. After arrival, no problem as host lives upstairs.

Summary: I came to Nanaimo on short notice to deal with a family matter. Akash let me check in early which was helpful. The home was clean, quiet and located in a nice neighbourhood which was close to all amenities. Pets are also allowed which was great and Moki enjoyed hanging out on the window sill watching the birds. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
