- The Town strictly enforces noise by-laws past 10 PM. Enforcement includes fines for both guests and host

- Maximum 4 cars allowed at the property
- Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose
- Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy. Additional charge applies if extra beds needed

Summary: Nayem was incredibly responsive to our questions. Property needs a bit of a refresh but very spacious and clean overall. All amenities were available. This retreat certainly served its purpose for us!

Summary: My daughter and I stayed at the property for several days and absolutely loved it!! Due to the time of year and the high winds we were unable to use the fire pit or the hot tub. I’m sure the vineyard is absolutely beautiful during the summer months and we look forward to returning sometime in the future. We had an amazing time taking in all the sites of Toronto. We really appreciated the hospitality.

Summary: This home was perfect for our group and had all the things you needed for a fun and comfortable stay in the Niagara on the Lake region. The location in the countryside was very peaceful and a short drive to the wineries, restaurants, St. Catherines and NOTL. We saw a play during the Shaw Festival in NOTL that was very well done and is something we will surely do again some day. Host communication was excellent before and during the stay, wanting to make sure everything met our needs. The fall weather was perfect, the time passed all too quickly, and we had a great time!

Summary: We had seven adults and one infant. There was so much space for us! Plenty of seating when we wanted to be together and lots of space when we needed to spread out. The property is 30 minutes or less from so many sites. When we did want to just relax we enjoyed all the amenities on the property which included the beautiful sunset over the vineyard behind the house. The property had already been reserved for a portion of our trip so we only got to spend half of our trip there. It was so worth it! We were all disappointed we couldn’t spend our entire vacation there.

Summary: Had a fantastic stay at " Summer Wine". Great setup for large groups or families with all the extra activities available. Our family enjoyed the hot tub,bbq and had ourselves a fire late into the evening. The privacy and open space was very relaxing. My interactions with the owner was extremely easy. Answered all my questions very promptly and was great to deal with.
