Summary: Everything was great. A lot of space, nice room, clean. Good food, friendly staff. We had a really pleasant stay in this hotel. I would recommend.

Summary: breakfast was good. Only one language cart for entire hotel. Lot of public area but not open for customer to sit, eat and relax.

Summary: Room was too hot and not able to change temperature Very strong pungent smell in room Hotel was full of coach parties and we were not able to eat in the restaurant as it was fully reserved We were not advised of this when checking in The lobby and foyer were shut off for a private event This should have been advised beforehand

Summary: The hotel was very accommodating for our late check in. The room was clean and looked the way it did in the photos. There is a shop and hairdesser inside of the hotel. The pool was the best part. It was very large and clean. The restaurant stayed open until midnight which was helpful.

Summary: Great breakfast and very good variety of pastries and food options, lots of ham and cheese. Breakfast was perfect! Pool was very good, nice deckchairs, and very good hotel. Parking was too small, and not enough parking, cars parked right on top of your door so you can’t get out of your car. Beds were too small and uncomfortable, 2 single beds and 2 single mattress put together and bed kept moving. Hotel was very good, excellent condition.

Summary: This stay was disappointing. The place is pretty and the staff helpful but the rooms lacked in basics. The pillows were completely flat, we had to hold them in half. No water, tea, hospitality tray, not even glasses in bathroom. Blankets we barely more than sheets and beds rock hard. Elevator from main entry floor to lobby is broken, so had to lug suitcases down a flight of stairs. Not good when one of your party has a bad leg. Wouldn't stay here again.
