Positive: Julie has thought of absolutely everything you could need whilst away from home. Very comfortable living area, fully stocked kitchen including coffee machine. Little extras like a snack box, just really thoughtful and appreciated after a long day. Comfortable sofa and bed, lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Nice powerful shower. Quiet area.
Negative: Nothing we didn’t like about the property. We did find it a little cold but it’s February so probably not an issue most of the year.
Summary: Best place we’ve stayed in Birmingham for the NEC, Julie is a fab host and we hope to return here every anually for the

Positive: Very clean, quiet and spacious apartment. Lots of little extra touches included like: soaps, slippers, breakfast hamper etc. It's located in a lovely little village and is a short walk from the station. So it's super easy to get to the NEC or Birmingham.
Negative: The property is located next to the train line. This didn't bother me, but it may do for some.

Positive: Julie met us at the airport and drove us to the apartment. That was well beyond the call of duty and she made us feel really welcome. 10 out of 10 marks to Julie. Everything was spotless and every eventually was provided for including provisions which we hardly used at all because we were at a Wed and meeting relatives.
Negative: No criticism.
Summary: A very satisfactory experience.

Positive: Great location as central to everywhere I needed to be, but more than that was the attention to detail and thoughtful extras left by Julie which just shows how much they value their guests experience. If we ever need a base around Solihull, this apartment will be our first choice.
Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: This place was a great place to stay. I really enjoyed it and it was a home from home. It was spotlessly clean and there were so many little luxurious touches, including snacks and pizzas in the freezer. very quiet area but a lovely pub within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, modern and homely and I was even picked up at the station which was very kind.
Negative: very minor point but the bed was two single beds together and rolled a little.

Positive: The little details were really noticed. You can tell the hosts really care about ensuring their guests have a comfortable stay. The host provided a warm welcome on arrival. There was a selection of snacks and light breakfast supplies, good coffee, and fresh milk. There were even hairstyling supplies in the bedroom. The property was clean, well decorated, and cosy.

Positive: easy to find, easy free parking, great location for attending a wedding at Hampton Manor, the apartment was beautifully furnished - like staying at a new hotel but with all the niceties of staying at a friends flat, owner has gone above and beyond.
Negative: we wondered whether the noise from the train line would bother us, it didn’t..!
