Summary: Whatever smell was added to the bathroom was unpleasant and distracting. Staff was vacuuming the hallway at 8:00pm when I was trying to rest. Check in staff were distracted and there was minimal staff and long line.

Summary: Stayed over night for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is lovely, and very charming- old Victorian style. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time and like to thank the front desk clerk for complementary wine and chocolates as a gift. Was just a little confused with the parking. It said valet parking, but you actually self park. Check in first, get an access code from the front desk, and pull around/into the alleyway to the left to park underground the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel located central in the heart of Vancouver, I would recommend this one. Very close to eateries, museums, and downtown.

Summary: Great hotel, great location. Can't say enough good things. If there's one thing you MUST do, it's get the included breakfast. Other than one mythical breakfast buffet we had in Stuttgart once (fresh honeycomb?!), it's the best hotel breakfast we've ever had, made fresh at the attached French restaurant.

Summary: Gorgeous boutique hotel, great service in a nice downtown area walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, shopping. Less one star because the hotel restaurant was ridiculously expensive.
