Summary: Shower no hot water. queen beds and pillows less comfortable than last time I was here. Towels very thin. Downstairs bathroom out of order. Breakfast: microwave your own omelet and sausage/biscuit.

Summary: I've stayed here many times over the years. of the 3 hotel options in Marlin, this place is the most expensive, and usually worth the cost. not this time. the first thing I noticed is that there were no towels in the restroom. and it was dirty. the previous occupants left a bar of soap in the shower, along with a few "hairs." I'll leave it at that. the smoke detector was literally hanging from the ceiling by it's cords. I needed to transport my luggage from the car. noticed the hangar where the luggage carts are stored was empty. I asked the attendant, he said both carts were on the 2nd floor. he didn't apologize, and didn't offer to bring the carts down for me, so I had to get them myself. the one good thing is that the heater worked, as it was in the 20's outside. perhaps it worked TOO well. it seems the thermostat wasn't working so it wouldn't shut off when the room reached the preset temo. had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off manually. if only I was as fortunate with the hot WATER. I wasn't. it was barely tolerable enough to shower. I let the girl working the desk know the next stand she said she'd let someone know. I guess she didn't, because the issue reminded for the rest of my stay. as I said, I've stayed here many times and it's usually a pleasant experience, but it's been lacking for the past few years. I was hopeful when I found out that there was new management. it was better for a bit, but eventually things deteriorated yet again.

Summary: We check-in for 2 days. However we had to leave due to what we experienced. The room I was first in was fine but the cable wasn’t working. We were given another room unfortunately that room was horrible. The shower was not clean, towels had stains, and I had to unclog the shower with my hands only to find towel paper and mold clogging it. The walls also had mold on them.

Summary: The room had a smell, They had bugs (Roaches) in the room, i had to reclean the bathroom because it had hair on the sink and commode.

Summary: Incredibly limited amenities. Cups in room not wrapped in plastic. 2 towels, no washcloths, pitiful breakfast.

Summary: The room was not properly cleaned. The previous occupant left hanging clothes that the cleaning staff did not remove. The bathroom had MOLD along the tub & the rail was very loose and also had MOLD.

Summary: It was inexpensive and in a pinch an ok place to stay. Room was ok and AC as well as water worked. Water pressure was lacking. You get what you pay for so pretty much as expected. Property could use some TLC from ownership.
