Positive: It was a beautiful stay, the staff were really attentive.
Negative: It was extremely warm inside, the heating was very high throughout the whole facility and we couldn’t adjust it in the room.

Positive: Comfortable room with mountain view. French dinner & helpful staff. Traditional openair hotspring at B1 floor. Free shuttle bus from Sapporo.
Negative: The top floor big pools because their deep water level makes sitting on the bottom of the pools impossible. So, we can't relax on the hot water.
Summary: Comfortable room but top floor public baths are not relaxing enough

Negative: Public bath and open-air bath are not shown on website. They should be redecorated. I have felt dark, dirty, not impressive.

Positive: Only the floors for Executive SUREI was new. The rooms were large and spacious.
Negative: The rest of the floors aside from Executive Suites SUREI are part of the hotel’s other sister hotel. It was older and not refurbished. We checked out the basement pool, onsen, it was crowded with children and family.

Positive: I loved everything about it! My room was so spacious with a nice mountain view!Drinks at the lounge were excellent. I particularly liked the white wine. The snacks were just right. The lounge was not that big, so I just wish they posted a sign about keeping it quiet as there was a guest with a toddler taking an online lesson. The kaiseki French and Japanese fusion dinner and breakfast were excellent! The staff were very attentive. There was a private dining space that was assigned for each room. Recommending this place to family and friends.
Negative: Nothing. I wish I stayed longer.
Summary: Highly recommended if you just want to relax in Hokkaido.
