Negative: Collecting the key is hassle if you're byself as you can't park in front of the Quickymart, there was no Antenna so we couldn't watch normal TV.

Negative: The king bed in the main room was SOOOOO uncomfortable, the springs creaked and one of us should levitate when the other rolled over. My husband needed to sleep on the couch. It was a pain not having the 2 sets of keys as first promised. Wild route to get from front door to entrance

Positive: Location was excellent. And that there was an indoor pool and sauna.
Negative: The value for money. Way over priced. The room was left dirty, and the bathroom sink was clogged and filled with other peoples hair. The fact that I had to go to a convient store to collect the key was ridiculous. Then there was nowhere to store our luggage without another cost. And when I returned the keys, I called you guys to confirm, once I dropped them off I was asked to go back and collect otherwise I'd be charged a transfer fee of $70 for each set of keys. To fix the clean problem, you sent a cleaner two days too late. We.bought put own products and cleaned the filth from the previous people. Absolutely no sort of compensation.....
