Positive: Lovely property furnished and fitted out to a high standard. Beautiful decor throughout with lots of lovely touches eg bedside lamp had built in wireless and wired charging at both sides of the bed.
Negative: Only very minor thing was the information sheet was missing, so initially we could connect to wifi. Our very attentive host did call to make sure we were settled in and that everything was ok, so WiFi was quickly rectified. So very, very minor remark.

Positive: The apartment is amazingly bright, spacious and looks very new. It had all the necessary appliances one could want or need, be it for cooking, cleaning, self care, etc. There was also a box in the toilet with a handy set of many things one could need or forget in a trip, like razors, toothbrushes, etc. A very nice touch there that we ended up using as we actually forgot our kid's toothbrush. I'd definitely recommend the place, especially for families or friends staying together. Even if you need to work, one of the rooms also covers you, featuring a nice desk, chair and more ready to use. Lastly, I think the hosts were very friendly and well involved, openly asking for feedback on how to improve too, which can go a long way in making it one of the best stays in the city. :)
Negative: I think very minor things could be improved, which were already passed to the hosts, but I'd call out here just that the shower box could use a door or curtain as water can leak out easily in the current setup, especially if you also need to shower a toddler there, for example. Adding some handles to give more support and stability can also help avoid slipping accidents, I guess (we didn't have any, but my wife briefly slipped while showering our kid who wasn't helping the process that much).
