It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo.

The living-dining room is a large room with a sofa, television, decorative fireplace, a/c and a dining table for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped (basic kitchen equipment, dishes, cutlery, standard size refrigerator, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, dishwasher, dishwashin liquid) and connected to the front terrace which has a dining and sitting area, where you can eat or relax while enjoying the sea view.
