Positive: The location and access were very good, secure garage was very good, but very tight with all the huge 4WD dual cab utes. Internally the common areas looked great and when we entered the appartment we were visually impressed. The bed was comfortable, but some of the furnishings had seen better days.
Negative: The two dining chairs were rickey (almost unsafe) and the lounge sagged to the extent we needed to sit on pillows to make it serviceable. The shower screen was broken (but attended to within minutes of being reported) The temporary repair lasted till the last morning. There was no starter pack, (dishwashing liquid, tea towel, clean/unused cleaning /dishwashing cloth). The kitchen was not fitted out for two people renting an apartment, but an immediate response to resolve this when we reported it was made, but the outcome was underwhelming. No glasses at all, we requested some including wine glasses, and got a small assortment (4) of unmatched styles and sizes. The cutlery consisted of one knife, one fork ,one teaspoon and one desert spoon (for 2 people and yes a dishwasher with one washing pack, but no tea towels. We do like to eat together.. They immediately provided an assortment of cutlery but it needed to be washed before using most of it. Similarly with the bowls, plates and mugs. Nice stove and microwave, but no cooking utensils (only a whisk) and no sharp knives. The saucepan was too greasy to get clean enough to use. No bed side lamps and no coat hangers in the wardrobe. The communal laundry on the floor replaced what was advertised as in room facilities, but one look in there at the filth and builders scraps closed off that option.. We were embarrassed at having to complain so much in the first half hour
