Five minutes from Oaklawn Park, Shopping, and Magic Springs! Your right around the corner or down the lake from Bubba's Brews, Fisherman's Warf, Back Porch Grill & Steakhouse, downtown and More!
We are in a deep cove that is right off the main channel to offer some serenity, yet close to all the amenities and lake activities. There are rental locations close for boats and kayaks. Swim in the lake and enjoy the water, or fish off the dock. We have a beautiful pool that overlooks the lake that stays open year around. There is a perfect area to walk next to the lake and a nice yard by the water for backyard activities lakeside! Enjoy water skiing, wake boarding, tubing, or just relaxing with the family.
This house has 3 stories. BRAND NEW Gamer room with multiple XBOX systems and a Golf Simulator Game! There is also a large game room with a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, Wi-Fi and much more! Watch a movie on the BIG SCREEN in our theater room! Or relax on one of the 2 HUGE decks, or in the HOT TUB!.
Take a 5 minute trip to Oaklawn Park for a day of live or simulcast horse racing and casino play. The new casino has slot machines, blackjack, Texas Hold'em, 5 card poker, and more. Oaklawn also has a new sports bar with sports simulator and plenty of amazing dining options. Spend a day at the Jockey Club or sitting on the infield with a Reuben and cold beer. Great restaurants and plenty of nightlife nearby make this location perfect for a quiet get away or weekend of fun and excitement.
Within minutes you can visit Garvan Gardens, or the historic downtown bathhouse row. This breathtaking part of town offers spa's, art galleries, historic land marks and more. Summary: Our family of 7; 5 adults and two children aged 2 and 4 loved our Spring Break at this beautiful home. It had everything you could imagine. Well stocked kitchen, great deck for eating our family meals together, beautiful pool that was cold but we knew that coming in April, so much outdoor seating, plenty of space and wonderful bedrooms. The basement game room and theatre room were an added bonus. Loved watching NCAA finals on the big screen and morning shows for the kids! Brought our fishing boat and it was great having the covered boat docks. Charity is awesome to work with. Responds very quickly and is so caring to make sure we had everything we needed or if we had any questions. Would definitely book again as we love Hot Springs.

Summary: We took a group of 16 and it was the perfect place for our large group. Great location by the lake, peaceful and quiet, easy access to Hot Springs. Great communication from the owners. We will be back!

Summary: This property was everything we needed and could have hoped for! We had 12 adults and 5 kids ages ranging from 3-15 and this house had more than enough to keep everyone comfortable and entertained! Swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the theatre room or play video games, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, it had so much lounge space all over! The entire family loved our stay!!!

Summary: We VERY much enjoyed the luxurious accommodations at this wonderful property in Hot Springs! While the weather didn’t cooperate with us to use the pool as much as we wanted, we soaked in the hot tub, enjoyed coffee on the expansive deck while watching the birds, and had some very competitive air hockey / ping pong / pool games. Charity was SUPER responsive and an EXCELLENT host. All our needs / wants were met. It was quiet to enjoy the lake, and close to all that Hot Springs had to offer. What a great trip!

Summary: We spent our Thanksgiving week at this home and it was fantastic. There were 15 of us and we all fit comfortably. The kids loved the hot tub, the gaming area, game room, bunk room, and the movie room. There was plenty of space for the adults to hang out and catch up. Kitchen was stocked, house was super clean, and Charity was quick answering all questions. We absolutely recommend this home.

Summary: Our experience was wonderful. Communication with property manage was wonderful. There is a lot for everyone to do. Kids had fun playing games while adults watched football on the large screen. The only snag was the tv for the golf game did not work. I would recommend this home to anyone.
