Dock (be aware the lake is lowered five feet for the winter making dock unreachable by boat and pool is closed down from November to March). Covered Patio. Dining table with a lake view seats four as well as three bar stools. All the amenities you expect plus the convenient location you will appreciate, quiet but just minutes from historic downtown and the Hot Springs bathhouses. 3 kayaks provided. Come enjoy the beautiful lake. Located on a quiet street with a fenced yard. Very private as owners are gone and are renting out the terrace level. 9' ceilings. Summary: Loved the outdoor area of the house. Sitting on the porch, lounging in hot tub, and around the fireplace. Beds are comfy. Included most of what was needed at the place. Could consider adding some lights along the path from driveway.

Summary: The home was as advertised or better. Truly felt like we were staying at home with all of the amenities. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We had a couple of small issues come up (weather related) and owners were super responsive and proactive in getting things resolved in a timely fashion. Would like to come back in summer and take advantage of fabulous location / access to the lake. Highly recommend.

Summary: Second time staying here, and property is even better than last time which was a 5 star stay. From communication, upscale furniture, outstanding outdoor seating areas and new fire features the place could not be any better. Communication was outstanding! Can’t wait for a third stay!

Summary: This was a fabulous escape away from the hustle & bustle of our day-to-day. The home, landscape, view of the lake... were breathtaking. I enjoyed my coffee sitting by the pool in the morning and watching the sunset from the backporch in the evening. We rented a boat on Lake Ouachita 1 day and explored a little of Lake Hamilton via the kayaks the next. The kiddos even had a little the to enjoy a few rides at Magic Screams (Springs). The weather was perfect. Many menories made on our short trip. Such a peaceful spot with everything you need. ❤️
