Summary: The property was very nice, well equipped and convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was the perfect setting for us to get together with family to catch up and spend time together. It is exactly as described, comfortable and neat. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet and close to downtown, Monticello, wineries etc. I would recommend to a party of 4 wanting to spend some time in Charlottesville.

Summary: Was a great and clean place.. the location was also perfect! Had everything we needed! And a gorgeous Mountain View on the balcony! Only negative was amenities listed a hot tub but there wasn’t.. VRBO made that mistake but the owner apologized cuz the hot tub isn’t on her description list.. just fyi..

Summary: Property is clean. Kitchen had all we needed. There was even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. Paddle fans in both bedrooms are an excellent amenity. Having to put a code in to get into the building as well as the apartment made us feel safe. Location is perfect for easy highway access and access to tourist attractions like Monticello. Also close to the downtown mall. Highly recommend this property

Summary: Went to a gathering of old friends on Charlottesville mall. Several other travelers had issues with their stay ( cancellations, no water, non communicative hosts). But not us! Everything was clean and all details provided. We had a very nice stay

Summary: Stacie was a great host! Made restaurant and winery suggestions for our girls trip. Condo is in a good location. Centrally located to downtown and wineries. Condo is as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Liked sitting on the balcony with coffee or a glass of wine. We enjoyed our stay.
