Summary: My family (husband, children 12 & 18) and I stayed at this property in Aug 2024, while visiting family and the amusement parks. We enjoyed the property. Location was safe and comfortable. Perfect distance from Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, and Virginia Beach. Bathrooms could use updating. Beds were overall comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Summary: The home is in a nice quiet location. There are a lot of different stores within 5-10 minutes of the home. Check-in was easy. The home was clean upon arrival. The “Welcome Book” was in the living room with instructions and Wi-Fi information if you did not have the message with instructions that was sent. The home is nice and cozy. The description of the home was accurate. We never had an issue with Wi-Fi. The bed in the master bedroom was a little too hard for my liking, but I love that it is a king bed. The game table on the tip floor was excellent for my nephew to play his playstation. Love the mini golf setup in the backyard. Overall we loved our short stay in the home and would definitely book again.Thanks Sherland and Lisa

Summary: The location and neighborhood are safe and feel very comfortable, and the home has the absolute basics. But there is nothing inviting and no touches that are welcoming. There were no bath mats, only a stack of napkins - no paper towels or kitchen washcloths. Nothing was well stocked. Front the furniture and bedding to the minimal kitchen, it felt as though there were the minimum things you need without anything that said, “Get comfortable. Stay awhile. We’re glad you’re here.”

Summary: We enjoyed it it a lot! 1 minor situation but the owner was all over it and made it right immediately. He even called to check on us and make sure it was handled. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to a friend.

Summary: We came to visit with family who lives in the Chesapeake area. Location was way to find with ample parking. The putting green in the backyard was a hit, as was the poker table. Hosts were very responsive when we had a question. Very clean/ will rent again!

Summary: Property was neat as a pin and well-maintained. Great location with restaurants and shopping within minutes. The game table area was perfect for our family's competitive table game juices. Comfortable beds and newer furniture. Great value and on our list to return.
