Summary: I reserved a king room. Upon checkin they did not inform me they checked me into a Queen. Also my partner and I woke up stiff, the bed was absolutely terrible.

Summary: This place is ghetto. The hot tub is broke and cuts your feet. No one cleans the pool no pool towels no housekeeping. The first room was broken the second room they put me in had a broken window and my kids were in the room. The breakfast sucks and super expensive

Summary: I made the reservation w/ my credit card. We brought our pet, so I was walking the dog and my husband went in to let the people at the desk know that we had arrived. The first thing Malcolm did was ask my husband for his identification. Bad idea. This irritated my husband because after he pulled it out, Malcolm said oh no, your wife made the reservation, so she has to come inside and show her id. And it went downhill from there. The best part of the trip was Audrey in the breakfast area, she was amazing, friendly, and one day she was the greeter, and the cook. Food was awesome and Audrey could not have done more for us. She deserves a GOLD Star !!! Both elevator floors were in very bad shape and cruddy dirty. When I walked into the room I opened the room to the bathroom and there were no towels. There were no bags at the Dog station outside which was fine for me, I always have mine on hand but that may have explained why the dog area was littered with poop. Pitiful. I liked the soap and gel dispensers in the shower, they were great. Sad that you got rid of a lot of niceties. No longer had plastic bag in closet that you used to have for laundry. Trash can was very very tiny and divided in 1/2 for recycle. You could not fit 6 cans in the entire basket. Hilton takes on new meaning now for me. I guess when you add "Garden Inn" it means "Hilton-not-so-much"

Summary: My stay was good. I did have a problem. My granddaughter had gone into ICU in Jacksonville, Florida. I was booked April 22, through the 26. On April 23rd I asked for special circumstances to checked out on the 25th and not be charged for staying until the 26th. Hotels.com the Hilton Garden Inn. I tried to contact via phone and email the director of Sales, Vicki Figg. She never responded to me. I probably will not stay there again. Victoria Tyler

Summary: Surrounding guests were very loud into the late hours. The bathroom sink required maintenance upon arrival. The host at check-in was short and cold, just enough to get me checked in. The same person was overly pleasant at checkout. The Hilton app did not work at all for this trip.

Summary: We were told our room would be serviced every other day. My husband checked on Friday morning and was told that our room would not be serviced because we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door at 8 am. As he told them, room 414 DOES NOT HAVE A “DO NOT DISTURB” sign. They RUDELY refused to correct the error. I called to politely ask them to resolve the issue but was told to email the director of sales if we wanted to complain. Later, I went to the desk and told Jan that we did not have such a sign. A very polite gentleman behind the desk said this should not have happened and that our room would be serviced by the end of the day. Neither desk clerk said a word so he must be a very senior person, perhaps a regional manager. Unfortunately, we did not get his name. That night, April 25, we arrived to find dirty towels, an unmade bed, and overflowing trash cans. Towels were delivered on Saturday morning but the housekeeper said we were not down for service. As if that wasn't bad enough, our sink had no plug which we reported every day. And we had to run the shower for up to 10 minutes to get hot water. We have stayed in this hotel 13 times. NEVER AGAIN!!! Melva, Kiara, the wonderful lady who makes breakfast, and the evening desk clerks are delightful.
