Positive: The facility itself was fantastic! Location is great, rooftop pool is amazing, apartment itself was nice.
Negative: Dealing with @cloud was good, until it wasn't. We accidentally took the parking fob home with us. Less than 8 hours later I was charged $150 to replace it even though I offered to overnight mail it back.

Positive: We had an excellent stay. The booking process was easy. I had a few concerns about the extra deposit, I was worried it could possibly be a scam. However, it wasn't and I was assured that it was a standard process. Once we arrived in Chicago we had a great stay. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you would need, dishes, towels, Oct. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

Positive: Fairly convenient, still required a lot of Ubers.
Negative: Check in process a struggle. Difficult to contact property manager and sending physical id’s of all parties a pain in the ass. Make check in process work for people of all ages and technical skills. Your competition does. Make luggage holding possible for guest. This is not available at this building
