This newly built, second-floor condo is in a prime location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs, right next to Petoskey State Park and beautiful Lake Michigan. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this inviting space blends comfort with convenience, perfect for weekend escapes or longer stays.
Step into the open-concept living area, where vaulted ceilings and cozy furnishings invite you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook meals at home, and the raised counter bar makes a perfect spot to sip a glass of wine while dinner comes together. The two bedrooms offer restful retreats just down the hall—one with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and leisurely mornings. An in-unit laundry area is conveniently located in the hallway, ideal for extended visits.
As you enter, an excellent landing space is designed to drop your gear, perfect for storing skis, boots, bikes, and all your adventure essentials. Whether heading out or coming in, it’s a functional touch that makes outdoor play even easier.
Park your car and leave it—the Little Traverse Wheelway is just out front. It gives you scenic, paved access to Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and even Charlevoix for those eager to ride along the lake. Summary: This is the 2nd time staying at the loft. Nicely appointed condo that has been well maintained and is centrally located to restaurants and downtown Petoskey. The only potential negative is that the bedrooms face the street, so traffic noise can sometimes be an issue.

Summary: What a great spot for a Ski weekend. Spotless clean, roomy, open floor plan, comfortable and everything you need to cook. Great entrance for boots, skis, shoes, coats etc. 10 minutes from Highlands and Nubs.,30 minutes to Boyne Mountain. Comfortable beds...new construction.We will be back soon.

Summary: 10 nights at the Loft. 2BR, 2 bath, nicely appointed, with all the required furnishings. Convenient location, with the Brewery Pub & Restaurant directly across the street and conveniently located to Petoskey and Harbor Springs (5-10 minutes depending on where you are going). Definitely a very good price/value unit!

The open layout is uncluttered and really helped me to relax. It is well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. A second-floor balcony and a gathering area outdoors add to the charm. Very convenient to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey; close to restaurants and shops and just a minute or two from the state forest entrance. We would happily stay here again.

Summary: The beds were comfy and the space was nice. The main bathroom floor had so much hair on it, that it was yucky to use without sweeping it. Location was great. If you have trouble sleeping with traffic noise you might want to look at someplace else as it is right next to the road.
