Summary: Everything is as listed. Extremely clean, quite comfortable and enjoyable. This is not a "it'll do" property. Lovely back yard to unwind after romping at the beach all day. Extremely convenient to everything, down town, the arts, beaches,baseball and more!

Summary: This house was perfect for us. It was a great location, only about 10 min to downtown and close to major roads. The house was immaculate, comfortable and very nicely decorated.
