Summary: Overall -place was as advertised. However, like the other reviewers stated - owner tried to charge my group after the fact for perceived "damages." Sent me images of the stairway walls and stair floors with minor scrapes - saying my group needed to pay for damages from suitcases going up and down stairs? Photos were not date stamped, nor did I take photos upon my arrival to be able to compare if so. Would not stay here again based on this fact.

Summary: The house itself is new, beautifully decorated, clean and quite large. The location is great as well, in a peaceful quiet neighborhood away from any busy road noise. The communications with the owner were also quick and courteous. Our experience however was marred by disagreement with the owner wanting to charge us for 'extra guests' that he saw on his surveillance camera. The listing states an extra $35pp for any guests staying OVERNIGHT. We had my in-laws come over to drop off clothes for a wedding we were attending and they stayed for an hour from 4-5pm on a single day but the property manager was insistent that they constituted overnight guests which was to us ridiculous. We declined to pay the extra charge which made no sense. Of note we have stayed in over a hundred VRBOs over the years. Other than that we had a towel hanger loose that we believe was already loose but did end up paying for that since we failed to mention it on check in. The communications with the owner were all conducted politely on both sides so I have no complaints with that. So overall it's a beautiful property and we would have happily stayed there again on future visits to in-laws except for what happened above. I would recommend this property to any prospective renters but would advise close attention to noting any deficiencies/defects on check in right away.

Summary: Everything was exactly as described. Owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable house and great neighborhood. Easy access to stores, restaurants, and highways into city. We loved the patio!
