Summary: The room wasn't ready at check-in time and we were on a hurry... To much arrivals without enough staff at the desk.

Summary: I had a very pleasant 3 night stay. I've got upgraded from king bed to a king bed suite Room is in pristine condition & roomy. Hotel location is close to a lot of restaurants, a min or 2 drive or even within walking distance! I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel whenever visiting Markham area

Summary: Was attending a convention in the north Toronto area. This was one of the convention hotels. Great hotel. Great facilities. Fabulous room! A huge range of restaurants in the vicinity.

Summary: It was an excellent stay. Very comfortable, and had great amenities. The hotel was beautiful and quite large. We stayed on the club level and the food and drinks were great!

Summary: It was the perfect choice for our long weekend exploring Toronto. The friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff were great to work with. The room service was awesome. The starbucks was a great perk. I loved our king suite, it was spacious and clean and comfortable. Also, i want to host an event in their convension center. It was so beautiful! Thank you for the great stay. I hope we can return soon.
