Two bedrooms walk out to a saltwater pool on the terrace level, the stunning feature of this residence and the best place in Tulum to relax.

On the pool terrace the light plays beautifully on the architecture all day, as shadows appear differently beautiful, as the sun crosses the sky.

The second level entrance to this 3 BR home is a huge custom metal door designed within the 18 foot windows, and you walk into the living room with views to the stunning staircase and mezzanine bedroom. Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are here on the first level, elegant and spacious with a 20 foot ceiling. The largest bedroom is up one level on the Mezzanine overlooking everything. Two more large bedrooms each with a large closet, are up on the terrace level by the very private cocktail pool. All closets have wood hangers and a Dyson.
Kitchen has a reverse osmosis drinking water filter, a large refrigerator, modern stove and oven, Nespresso coffee maker (although the local coffee is great), microwave, toaster, Japanese kitchen knives, handmade flatware for 12, German steak knives.
