Summary: My daughter and I had a four day visit to the University of Arizona last week. We wanted a place close to campus and originally booked a hotel. After the thought of staying in a room with two queen beds and one bathroom with my daughter for three nights, I thought I should look into a larger place. We booked this penthouse, and it was excellent. The unit is located across the street from campus and is only a few minutes' walk to the stadium and basketball arena. It has one large master bedroom with blackout drapes, a second bedroom, and an office with a single bed. We each had our own bathroom, plus there is a half bathroom off the family room/living area. The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. The unit does have a washer and dryer, which we did use. One of the best features of this unit is a large wraparound balcony with 270 degree views of the campus and mountains. The balcony features an outdoor kitchen with barstools, an outdoor couch with a cocktail table that includes a firepit, a dining table that seats 6–7, and multiple outdoor heaters. Our stay couldn't have been better. While we were hanging out on the balcony one evening, my daughter and I laughed about how we could have been stuck in a 300-square-foot hotel room. If you want a large, comfortable place close to campus. This is it. You can't beat this place!

Summary: This is a very nice, upscale 2-bed, 2-1/2 bath condo across the street from the University just perfect for two couples. Views from the penthouse deck were incredible and the location was perfect for our exploring of Tucson. Both beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great - especially the master bath with a steam shower, which was nice. Kitchen was fully equipped and living room had plenty of seating for watching tv on the 85” screen. Just a few negatives - 2nd bedroom was very bright with no blackout curtain but main bedroom was great with king bed and room darkening curtains. The pool table is a nice touch in the living area, but it was odd with large dining chairs placed around it (for when you add a table top for dining). Also, loud music from the condo next door was annoying at night, but not sure the owner can do anything about that. All in all, a very nice stay!

Summary: This is a very nice condo that is in a convenient location. It’s comfortable and nicely decorated. The views from the patio are great. There were just some little things that we were disappointed with. Most VRBOs and AirBnbs we have stayed in have a manual giving detailed instructions on working the electronics, and so forth. We struggled trying to get the main TV to work and we never got the automated blinds in the guest bedroom to work. Those guests were woke bright and early every morning from the sun. There is a non working trash compactor that we just used as a trash can and the firepit table shown on the patio also does not work. I reached out for assistance and did not get the help needed for the TV or bedroom blinds.

Summary: The property was great. Clean, very well appointed, nice fixtures and electronic equipment (electronic blinds were very cool). The refrigerator didn't work upon arrival, but it was not a big deal, and the owner said that they were fixing it. He was very responsive to my requests and even helped walk me through how to use the stereo/TV. Everyone had a blast on the enormous deck and we enjoyed a couple games of pool too.

Summary: This property is absolutely amazing. It has all the comforts of home and all the luxury of a fine hotel. Tom was very communicative and answered any questions we had. The view is stunning, we watched fireworks for the 4th and had the best view in town. Linens are clean and the bed/couches are super comfortable. The amenities are seemingly endless. I visit Tucson frequently, I hope to never stay in a hotel again! Thank you Tom! You’re a great host. If you have any questions.. feel free to ask, happy to help. Only advice I have is to book it if you have the opportunity. You will not be disappointed.
