Summary: This is a nice cozy unit in a great area of Tucson. You are walking distance to the University and have access to a lot of amenities within a short walk/drive. Erica is an awesome host who provides lots of local area content and is readily available to answer questions or help with any issues that crop up. We will look to stay here again next time we are in Tucson.

Summary: We had a great stay with Erica. The house is in a great location and absolutely adorable. The outdoor seating is great, if the weather was cooler we would have spent a lot of time there. There was unfortunately an issue with the refrigerator, but I assume this is a one-off as it was a new refrigerator. Overall it was a great spot for our family!

Summary: Very beautifully remodeled, furnished and welcoming home in the heart of Sam Hughes. Everything in terms of kitchen needs was available. Amenenites including shampoo, lotion, towels or anything else possibly needed was generously provided. There was even coffee and tea. Check in was seamless. Perfect instructions. Erica was also the perfect hostess.

Summary: All the reviews on this place were spot on! This place was perfect! The yard to just relax it was a bonus! The host was on top of all communication. I am so picky when it comes to beds and this one was so comfy I fell right to sleep. We will be staying again!!! Highly recommend!
