Summary: I found this location last year when I needed a place to stay for a weekend, and I liked it so much that I always plan to book here when I am in town! Greg has a great spot, always clean, and he is a fantastic host. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay if they’re Chicago bound. Summary: My partner and I stayed here for two weeks, and this apartment is not for older people or anyone with limited mobility because of too many stairs. There is a church in the same building as the apartment, and it is noisy on Sunday mornings for individuals who don't believe in worship. There is a daycare next door that plays children's music, and it is deafening. St. Mary’s Hospital is around the corner, and between the ambulances and fire trucks that come through the area five times a day, the noise is a bit extra. The building also needs some updates, like the front stairs, and there was no heat in the apartment, and dusting hadn't been done in a while. Otherwise, the owners were friendly, and the check-in process was easy.

Summary: Everything was good. My only issue was that I wanted to cook a frozen pizza but preheating the oven caused the smoke alarm to go off. All good otherwise.

Summary: Great place to stay if you’re ever spending some time in Chicago. Nice roomy loft, very clean and accommodating, I felt like it was my home away from home. Greg is very friendly and communicative as well. Good location on the north side of the city, not too far from anywhere you would like to visit or need to go, highly recommend to anyone that needs a place to lay their head! Next time I’m in town I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Summary: This place was what the listing showed and was wonderful! Both of my friends agreed that it was super cute! My only suggestion is more blankets for couch/futon, we did have one blanket that was cozy and soft tho. And maybe more pillows because the living room ones were small. Still overall great. I didnt wanna be in the downtown area and this was great distance for me! Quiet neighbors and neighborhood except the few ambulances that flew thru😂 would most definitely stay again! Has kitchen ware and toilets if needed!
