Positive: Staff was nice and accommodating. They work well given the situation placed upon the location. Security was always on patrol. Gym was adequately equipped. The room was spacious and the water pressure was good.
Negative: The bed was a bit different for my liking but manageable.
Summary: This was a great stay that worked hard for the situation that was out of their control.

Positive: The evening/night manager was amazing. She did her best to accommodate us and get us together. The morning staff expected me to contact housekeeping for them. So that was not ok. I called them 2xs, and each time, they were trying to get me to do it. The bathroom wouldn't flush correctly, so I asked for help. They expected me to plunge it for them. Eventually, the maintenance guy did it, but he didn't want to. Honestly, I would have done it myself if it was such an issue. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. After the whole bathroom thing, I wouldn't go back to this place, simply basing it off of that. Bathroom was messed up prior to the clogging. We just didn't notice till morning time.

Negative: Check in was at 3pm. We got to the motel at 10am and had to wait until 3pm after traveling 4.5 hours and really wanted to shower and rest but were unable too. The property around the facility is not the best, lots of homeless roaming around, thankfully they have armed security just for the parking area.

Positive: It was mostly clean,Receptionist was nice,once she made it to check-in. Had to call security for an incident with someone I did not stick around to find out. Went to our room.
Negative: Had homeless people camping out. Need to get rid of. Overall still was a nice place. Just clean up the few homeless and drug heads.

Positive: Yhe staff was amazing the room were spacious, clean, looks to be newly renovated
Negative: I know its not the hotels problem but there was a un-homed camp set up across the street in the tree line. I got lucky and looked out my hotel room and watched a guy walk over to my car and try look in the windows. Was lucky enough to hit the panic alarm on my car.
