Positive: Excellent, friendly service, staff went above and beyond to make the stay very welcoming! :) Breakfast included was a lovely touch. The complex had it’s advantages, with plenty of ammenities all in the one place.

Positive: The hotel is one part of a large installation to support truck drivers. So, the complex also includes, among other things, a laundry, a movie theater, a bank, a post office, and a large restaurant. All of the facilities seem brand new. My hotel room was exceptionally comfortable. Happily, the shower omits the bathtub, making it much safer and roomier to use.
Negative: As a truck support facility, there are a lot of large vehicles constantly in motion. They're not noisy, but any driver of a small car is advised to navigate the parking lot carefully.
Summary: Surprisingly welcoming and comfortable for the price.

Positive: Clean room. Like the store and restaurant inside the place. Great set up in my opinion.
Negative: Nothing bad other than location is a industrial, truck friendly place, not in downtown but driving in and out is good compared to downtown Portland.
