Positive: Reasonable rate and location with laundry room.
Negative: No location to get ice nor bucket. I had to go buy ice. I didn’t know the customer service counter closed at night and I had a late check in time. Kids were jumping and walking all night above us on the 3rd floor. Couldn’t enjoy as much on our wedding anniversary. Twice I had to yell for the desk clerk. One time she was t in view. The other time she was preoccupied using her cellphone as I stood 3 minutes before yelling for her assistance to check out. No one could be found when checking either. I had to yell.
Summary: We would love to try to return, but would need compensation due to the mishaps.

Negative: I stayed at the property on numerous occasions the last time I booked a room there I got to the property at about 1030 for check-in and when I got there, I was told there were no rooms available and that I would had to find other accommodations that I would get a full refund which I did get because I didn’t. I was paying at the property. The only thing is I receive no phone call that they were booked and had no rooms not Notification so when I’m getting to my hotel at 10:30 at night and told that I don’t have a room that I had booked already and I can’t stay there and I have no other plans that is very unsatisfactory and unprofessional and at this point I don’t know if I’m going to be staying at that location again I just think that some notice would’ve been a common courtesy to customers that are coming to stay at your facility and you have nothing available for them and I’m coming after being on the road driving all day long, unacceptable
