Positive: Overall nice hotel and location was perfect for our needs. Room was clean.
Negative: if you are looking for a suite to share with family the king suite is NOT. It. Very small living room area and when couch pulls out there is NO other space to move around. And might as well not have a mattress on the pullout. So small and flat all you felt were springs.

Positive: Nicole at front desk was outstanding. It was 6 pm ish on day of check in and Nicole was able to bring my info up then the computers went down. Nicole reach out to mgr. but no return call. So she took it on herself to key open rooms for guest to get in and settle. (wrote info old school on paper) I came down a few times for coffee and water never once Nicole brought me back up with smile. She should get something for the outstanding job she preformed. (got key next morning)
Negative: Nothing about the hotel but people rudeness to another person. Which was putting it on herself to get people into their rooms the best she can without hearing from management. No need for words said to Nicole. She doesn't control the computers. It happens. Be kind!

Negative: I think there was black mold outside the sliding glass door. Tiles falling in the bathroom. Out of order ventilation fan was very dirty. Cover it, maybe?

Positive: The breakfast was pretty good, except the sausages weren't appealing. Breakfast sausages should be golden brown, these sausages were a grey color and not very appealing. The eggs on one of the days were supposed to be scrambled, but they were runny and definitely under-cooked.
Negative: During the 4th of July busy holiday weekend, the unavailability of one elevator caused overloaded elevators and extended wait times for guests. Furthermore, valet carts were left scattered on different floors instead of being consistently managed by staff and kept accessible in the lobby. Another smaller issue I noticed was that after my room was refreshed, the full towel set wasn't replenished; specifically, the large bath towel and washcloth were absent, and only several hand towels were left.
Summary: Overall, it was average. The long wait time for elevators was really disappointing.

Positive: I liked the room. We had a long suite and it was very nice. It was clean, updated look, it smelled good and was way better than a traditional room. The free breakfast was fine. It had basic items such as eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels waffle maker, juice and coffee. They also offer complementary water bottles and have a little snack shack to purchase food and drinks. I liked that my name was on the tv in our room as a welcome.
Negative: One elevator was down for the two days we stayed. There was no communication at all. People were piling into the only working one and there were long wait lines. A lot of people ended up using the stairs but you had to walk around the building once outside or through the pool room. The pool water seemed dirty. The tv brightness was SO dark on both TVs with no option to adjust (at least we missed it and looked for a good minute). Housekeeping didn't come in while we were gone.maybe we have to request? Not sure and it wasn't a big deal.
