Summary: I was disappointed with the cleanliness. There weren’t any hand towels only two bath towels and two wash cloths. No soap in the room. There wasn’t a bed sheet either only a blanket? Not a good experience to say the least.

Summary: The gentleman working at the front desk was very unaccommodating. We were charged $1.75 for the linen be changed and they never were changed during our one day stay. When I asked him to explain why I was getting charged that even though the linen would not be changed in the time I was there he could not explain it.

Summary: They charge for linen now even though it’s a hotel, never heard of that, breakfast is supposed to be included but no breakfast was made the next morning so definitely misleading and place is not dirty per se but not clean either just below average, I wouldn’t stay again here

Summary: Website states grab and go breakfast, upon arrival they have discontinued that and coffee service. Carpets on each floor are very dirty and horrible smell. The door to the lobby to check in was locked and needed a key card to enter, when you havent even checked in to get one yet. Very loud in the halls all day and night, as well as very uncaring staff. They will also upcharge you on everything, including utensils, plates etc. No soap, shampoo nor conditioner provided

Summary: Room was clean. No ice machine and the room was missing the remote. Also the bed is on a metal frame and the mattress kept sliding around. The breakfast is horrible. They have frozen muffins, no silverware or cups for the coffee. The night shift desk worker was very helpful in getting us checked in and getting us a remote.

Summary: The only item that needs attention in cleanliness is the hall carpets. Residents hang out on curb of back door smoking. Safety a person just has to keep aware. Front desk team members at check-in and checkout were very friendly. Keep valuables hidden in car as the area and intersection can be a hangout.
