Positive: I liked the room, the location, price, the fact there is a qt across from the street is awesome!
Negative: The lady at the front desk in the morning was so super rude. I didn't like how she spoke to me with a lobby full of people. I felt that was very unprofessional. She made it a point to pick something about every person in line. This was the 2 nd day of dealing with her in the morning.. EVERY person that walked out of the office was complaining about how they were treated and felt disrespected by her. I would have stayed for a few weeks with you guys. But not with her working. On top of the fact she said I can't rent there any more? They are fixing my AC at my apartment on 36 Street snd Thomas. So your location was a perfect match for my boyfriend and I. I was also going to tell all the other tenants to come to your location cuz it's so convenient. The city is going to put us up until our apartments are cooled off. We have stayed one night checked in about midnight and tried to renew first thing in the morning after I had paid for the room through booking.com. I drove to my apartment to pick up my dog and my boyfriend went down to renew the room I saw that it said your location is pet friendly if so he was going to ask to pay the pet deposit even though our dog is a service dog because I am partially blind. But the lady at the front desk told us that we were not allowed to rent anymore because we had the dog on property all I was doing was walking her and getting ready to move out of the room or see if we could still stay in that room if it was pet friendly. The lady was so rude she yelled and screamed told us we had 10 minutes to get off the property and I lost my money?

Positive: Location, comfortable beds, refrigerator, nice television. Good parking.
Negative: Desk Attendant had an attitude. Please make up your minds about what credit/debit cards you take. When presenting my credit union debit card, which I had used several times at this Extended stay, attendant said 'we don't take those kind of cards' but couldn't explain the issue with the card. She ended up accepting the card. 2 of the last 3 rooms I've gotten have not been equipped with microwaves. No more coffee in the morning.
Summary: OK facility, needs some renovations. No longer serves coffee in morning. Attendant had an attitude.
