Positive: I liked we had the ability to choose a room with two bedrooms and a soda bed for a valuable price, the rooms were clean and staff was friendly
Negative: The coffee offered in the lobby in the morning was not kept hot, the location wasn't ideal if you're a light sleeper and need to sleep past 8am (planes overhead from the airport), there were disrespectful guests nearby at 3am playing loud music, it was not convenient needing to go to the front desk to ask for kitchen supplies and needing to return them when checking out (they should be supplied in the room already), and the room we stayed in had a broken dishwasher that would run for about a minute then stop its cycle.

Positive: Staff was great. The facilities are okay. Not spectacular, but fine for the money.
Negative: Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot all night. They were fine - no problems, but it made me a little nervous about my teenager coming and going from the car. Bed was on the small side for two people.
Summary: Pretty good for the money and very convenient to the airport. I'd stay there again.

Positive: I loved the location, it’s convenient to visit different places and also to take the metro. The staff, Jessy 👏🏻, Sheila, James and don Juan were extra friendly and helpful. Thank you!!! The only thing I don’t understand is that why if there’s a full equipped kitchen , there isn’t any table nor silverware.
Negative: In my opinion, it needs a little renovation in details, not external, only in furniture, some fresh details.
Summary: Pampered vacation.

Positive: The room was large with a kitchenette, but no crockery. Bed was comfortable and it was close to the airport.
Negative: I arrived late, after 2am, but had listed 'next day arrival'. When I arrived I was told that the system had done an automatic sweep and because I had arrived after 1am my booking had been cancelled. Obviously nobody had come and booked the room after 1am, but because the computer now viewed it as the following day, the room was listed as booked due to having been booked for the upcoming night. So I wasn't allowed to have the room even though it was empty as I should have been in it!! The lady had to create a new booking for me. In total this took about half an hour. The lady was pretty abrupt with me at first when i was trying to understand why I couldn't access my empty room, she became nicer when she realised I wasn't going to kick off. Seems crazy that a clear system error can't be over-ridden. Not a great arrival and I wouldn't go back.
