Negative: The smell was terrible. Very musty. Hallways were the worst, rooms didnt get much better. Very bad that booking.com said it had breakfast but all that was available was coffee.
Summary: Overall we got a night sleep, but won’t be back.

Negative: Offer kitchenette but no kitchen ware or utensils. A bag of trash was found beside pullout couch from previous tenant. Pullout bed mattress had 0 padding and was unusable also had no begging provided for pullout couch.

Positive: The space The cleanliness compared to the last hotel I stayed in. The location Marissa the check in clerk was very friendly and helpful ☺️ The bed was comfy and I felt safe in the atmosphere.
Negative: There were little hairs on the bathroom floor and a long black hair on the toilet seat and a towel.

Positive: Staff was somewhat helpful and the rooms were big.and the beds were comfy.
Negative: The two rooms I reserved and paid upfront were not what I got to begin with. I was told that the manager had changed them. Due to our large group we needed the biggest rooms so everyone had a bed to sleep in. Pull out couches did NOT have bedding. Front desk said that they do not provide bedding for it (but they count it as a bed) but did end up providing sheets and a blanket after all. Pull out couch bed also looked like it had been peed in a couple times. Otherwise the rooms appeared aged but clean. Site didn't report a security deposit but there is. Breakfast is only muffins, oatmeal ,and coffee.

Negative: It's obviously a hotel people stay for work. I stayed here with my 3 young children for a weekend away from home. The first night I heard the people next door having sex. There were dead cockroaches 🪳 in the room. The chairs in the room were disgusting. I think because I mentioned to them I had to work that day they assumed I was staying there for work. I stayed in summer and had a way nicer room. It was honestly a bummer. All in all my kids were definitely loud and nobody complained, and it was fairly comfortable. The shower water pressure was laughable. Lol again dirt cheap in a nice area.
