Summary: Average Love the free parking & location Love the price Did not love the bed. It was a box spring with mattress on the floor. No bed frame. Never seen anything like that at any hotel. I would of asked for upgrade but too tired.

Summary: I have nothing but gratitude for this amazing staff. Upon check I had a minor hickup that most would have allowed me to “figure out” on my own and come back later, not this team! First I was very emotional and they all consoled me as reassured me things would be ok. Second they worked as a team to help address my situation and get me back to my daily routine. I am grateful we decided to stay at this hotel. When we leave in a few weeks I will miss everyone. Thank you again for showing me kindness and understanding during a moment of awkwardness!
