Positive: The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was very neat & clean upon arrival.
Negative: The room had a kitchen area but there were NO plates, cups, utensils, etc. No sponges to clean with. I have never stayed in a room with a kitchen that did NOT supply the needed items. Paper plates & disposable utensils would have been a great plus. Also, There were 3 adults in our room. We were only given 2 washcloths & 2 hand towels. (There were enough bath towels.)
Summary: All & all we had a nice stay at the Hotel.

Positive: The hotel seemed to be short staffed. Check in was slow but they were working very hard to get everyone situated. They were pleasant even when they were being yelled at by one of the guests.
Negative: This hotel takes dogs. I am allergic to dogs. I asked if there were any rooms available to accommodate me, rooms that didn't recently have any dogs in them. The answer was no. Most places I stay do actually have rooms set aside for allergic people. I was on a tight time line and didn't have the time to rearrange a new hotel. I wrote a comment during the reservation process pertaining to this and it fell upon deaf ears. From now on I will make sure that I only stay in places that do not allow dogs. So I felt less important than a dog. Also I had to pay a deposit, hopefully that wasn't for having a dog.
Summary: I made lemonade out of the lemons I was given, it is 3 days later and I still feel sick.
