Summary: GREAT. If you are bringing a group for an event in Champaign this is the property to stay at. It was spacious, clean, and the location was central for our event, food, groceries, etc.

Summary: The house has lots of rooms and the location is great for a 5 minute drive to campus. Beds are comfortable. Two of the upstairs rooms got hot from lack is HVAC circulating, but overall a good house a football weekend.

Summary: This spacious, well-furnished home is perfect for any small or large group. Multiple spaces to gather or find private time indoors and outdoors. Our dog loved the big backyard, andy partner and I enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and to a few local businesses. Wonderful stay.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding. There were 6 of us and the house was perfect for sleeping, cooking, and just hanging out. The kitchen was well stocked and the screen porch was awesome. Very nice neighborhood and close to campus without being too close.

Summary: This property had plenty of room for eight adults (4 couples) and one infant. We checked in at the listed time (3:00 PM - not early). Characters are limited so condensed version: No or not enough towels laid out in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had to hunt down towels when we arrived to find one for everyone. Poor response from host for help with finding towels. Two Keurig pods for 8 adults. We don't need the host to buy a weekend's worth of coffee, but either leave one for each guest or none. No laundry soap on arrival - clear plastic bottle was clearly empty. A new bottle was replaced the next morning. Only a quarter roll of paper towels was provided - no extras. Had to run to store in the middle of cooking breakfast to replace. Contacted host - was told that they would "bring this to the attention of the crew." Never received paper towels or further contact. Also, no foil, plastic wrap, etc. Extra rolls of TP hidden in garage. No spares in bathrooms. No bathroom tissue/Kleenex. The rear upstairs bedroom has to share downstairs bathroom via back staircase and trip through living areas/kitchen. Host generously allows thermostat adjustment, but thermostat does not seem to work. It does not hold the selected temperature but jumps around on its own (pictures to prove it). Also, the touchscreen does not accept inputs consistently. House was hot. This is apparent to host - a box fan was running to blow air into middle upstairs bedroom when we arrived but still hot.
