The beautiful villa has a wonderful view of the sea and the so-called "five-finger" mountains. Has 4 bedrooms (2 rooms have 1 double bed each and 2 rooms have two single beds), 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), a large kitchen with high-quality furnishings and a large living room with a pull-out couch, Smart LED TV, WIFI internet and 2 dining tables for 6 people each. All rooms have their own small balcony and are equipped with remote-controlled air conditioning. The living room is also equipped with a large air conditioning system and even has a beautiful, large granite fireplace. The two shaded pergola terraces offer a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. (Ground floor - terrace: 75m², upper floor - terrace: 15m²). Among other things, the villa has a private pool with 6 sun loungers and indoor and outdoor lighting, so the pool can be used at any time. A well-tended Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa and is decorated with carob and tartan trees, palm trees, Chinese roses and many other plants. The garden also has a barbecue grill and garden chairs.
Ideal for 1-2 families; for up to 10 people (4 bedrooms and living room with sofa bed).
There are several bars and restaurants in the area surrounding the villa. Approximately 300 meters to the right and left of the villa there is a cafebar black hour or cafe / restaurant coconut. Nearby restaurants are around 700 meters away, such as 'Emiley's Bar & Restaurants' with live music or an Indian restaurant. Within 3 kilometers there are many more restaurants, bars with some live music.

Summary: The villa is spacious and well situated, not overlooked so privacy is great. You will need a car whilst here. The owner responded to all questions and issues quickly. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. The villa could do with painting, the gardens need tidying ( lots of weeds), the bbq is situated behind the outdoor shower area and we were not able to use this as we got terrible bites when standing in the gravel garden area. It would be helpful if there was a welcome pack with information re services, we had a power cut and did not know that the water pump cuts off and needs resetting, we were without water until the cleaner could get to us at 10.30 pm, so much easier if we had known about this, we could easily have rectified the problem. Although we had some issues it didn’t deter from us having a great holiday. The pool is great and outdoor space has terrific shaded areas.

Summary: Home owner very helpful and kind. He wrote back quickly, and if something had to be done within one hour someone came to help. Without a car as without a hand. The homeowner also helped us rent a car. The house is very nice and big. Ideal for families with children. The downside is the long distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. With children there is no chance to go on foot.

Summary: We stayed at Villa La Top for about two and a half weeks and we had a really nice time in Cyprus. First of all, I wanted to thank the owner of the villa. The service was excellent. The housekeeper was so supportive and did a good job. The Pool was cleaned regularly and our wishes were fulfilled everytime. The House is in perfect condition. The location is very central. We rented a car, so we could visit all sides of northern cyprus. Within 1 Hour you reach nearly every spot of northern cyprus. Kyrenia was really beautiful and is reachable in 25 min. We probably will come again next year to Villa La Top.

Summary: Well we returned 12 months later and so glad we chose this lovely holiday home once more. Only 10 nights this time after allowing for a couple of nights either way in Istanbul and delighted to land at Ercan in daylight hours for a change. A 35 minute drive in the hire car and we were at Villa Top, just perfect. My previous review mentioned the space and facilities and rather than repeat myself I thought I would mention a very welcomed addition this year, a poolside shower...great idea. Looks like the owner has changed her maintenance man this year and the pool was in top class condition thanks to his attention (cleaned it 3 times during our 10 day stay). I'm going to give serious consideration to returning yet again next year, a big world and lots of choice out there but I think I have found an excellent home away from home and the lure of Villa Top is pretty strong.

Summary: This was our 4th Northern Cyprus Villa Rental in the past 6 years and while we had become accustomed to great quality from the villas on this part of the island we hadn't quite expected the high specification that awaited...genuine wow factor as we walked through the front door. The description on the website is accurate but in my opinion under-sells this property, the rooms are all good sized and finished to a high standard with marble floors. A very large well equipped kitchen opening onto an even larger lounge area is quite stunning. The highlight has to be the well apportioned private pool at the rear of the property, providing nice wide terracing all the way around with shade in the most appropriate places. Communication with the owner from start to finish was trouble free, each question was answered almost instantly and well ahead of my arrival I received details of the housekeeper and contact numbers for when I would be on the island. In my experience this is the sort of information renters usually have to chase but this owner was well organised. One drawback for Northern Cyprus tends to be the arrival time of flights from the UK, in my experience they are either very early in the day or very very late at night...No problem with this villa. After the transfer from Ercan we arrived at almost 1am but there waiting at the villa to help us settle in and hand over keys was the house-keeper, with a beaming smile and kind words...just what was needed after a long flight. I thought long and hard about leaving a review, after all I don't want everyone to find this little gem and make it hard for me to find availability. But I am doing so now because I have already booked my return visit for this August where my wife and I will celebrate our 30th anniversary, can't think of a better place to do this :-)
