Summary: The apartment was in a terrific location, just a short walk to old town and very close to a grocery store. Claude and his wife were very nice and even gave us a ride from the train station. On the downside, the apartment had a quite funky smell, and was by a very loud street making it difficult to have windows and doors open. There was also insufficient toilet paper for the length of our stay, so we had to go and buy some and had to buy a few other products such as tissues and paper towels. Overall the apartment is of a good value for a long stay as long as you can go with the flow.

Summary: Perfect stay in Colmar. Lovely apartment and super location, only a short walk into all Colmar has to offer. The owners were very nice too and we felt welcome there.

Summary: Thanks a lot Mr and Misses Claude GEORGE for letting us stay in your lovely, spacious and clean apartment. Thanks for great and prompt communications! Our host were extremely friendly. The apartment was squeaky clean, comfortable and spacious and so well located to explore the town and whole region, especially since there is a lovely bonus - free and safe parking. The kitchen has everything you need including microwave and dishwasher , and the bathroom is large, the bed is very comfortable. Plus, there are a large balcony and lot's of tourist information such as maps and booklets. Also, Misses Claude GEORGE was so kind and presented us hand-made cookies. Highly recommended!

Summary: We were very pleased that the owner met us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful with lots of space. The location is good with just a short walk to the center of the city. We cooked all our meals and found the kitchen very well equipped. We found a nice wine country tour via the Tourist Office which is nearby. The owner asked us to pay for electricity. It was only 7 Euros for four days so no problem. On another day we took the train to Strasbourg and had a nice time. Colmar is a picture perfect place to visit. This apartment made the stay very enjoyable. The owner even drove us back to the train station at the end of our visit.

Summary: We stayed here on vacation in Colmar and LOVED it. It was very comfortable, cozy, and extremely convenient to the center of town (a 5-10 minute walk). It had all the amenities and felt just like home. There was a market two blocks away. The owner was very friendly and helpful too. If you're planning a trip to Colmar, we highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: My girlfriend and I recently spent three weeks in this apartment and it was perfect for our purposes. The location is within easy walking distance of the beautiful old town and there is a bakery and a small grocery store across the street. Our thoughtful hosts provided us with a homemade cake and a bottle of Alsatian wine upon our arrival, as well as some informative brochures detailing the area's attractions. Colmar is a perfect base for an Alsatian vacation and this apartment was ideal for us as we were able to cook and watch TV in the evenings after spending the days visiting Colmar and the other enchanting towns and landscapes of Alsace. The furniture in the apartment is comfortable and the wifi worked flawlessly as well. We highly recommend both Colmar and this apartment for other couples seeking a memorable holiday!
