Summary: Very well-kept apartment with spacious terrace and unsurpassed views of Lake Geneva. We were warmly received. The decor is cosy and comfortable. Plumbing and kitchen are superb. A bakery is within walking distance. The cosy centre of Evian is nearby. We had a wonderful stay during the Christmas holiday

Summary: Well stocked kitchen , very nice appliances. Nice view of Lake Geneva. Grocery stores close . Very nice town . Beautiful walkway on water front. Hope to visit again .

Summary: We stayed here in July 2016, a family of four, two adults and two girls (14 and 11), and had a great time. Evian is a lovely town and has a great location on the lake, and gives easy access to Geneva and Montreux, Gruyere, Lausanne, as well as a short drive up to Morzine, Les Gets even to Chamonix. The apartment is great, the owner was very helpful and sent through lots of information before we arrived and Billy who met us to give keys etc was lovely. Everything was there that we needed and a previous reviewers have said the balcony and the view are just amazing, a constantly changing view and such a relaxed way to start and finish day. Thank you.

Summary: A very beautiful appartment in a very good location with an absolutely amazing view over lake Geneva. The large terrace was a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening watching hawks flying over. Very comfortable for our family with children 10 and 8 yrs of age. Clean and very well equipped. The owner was easy to contact and very nice and friendly. We would recommend this lovely appartment to anyone who appreciates the beauty of Evian and its surroundings.
