Summary: This was our first time staying in Apopka. We used it has a home base to kayak several places north of Orlando. It is an older home in a blue collar neighborhood that has been nicely updated and seems to be well taken care of. It is small, but was just fine for my wife and I. The pool area was well taken care of and private, which we liked. It is about 10 minutes from nice restaurants. We enjoyed our week there.

Summary: Property was great and just as described. Quiet neighborhood. Didn’t have a regular coffeemaker, just a keurig. Cameras all over property felt a little invasive of my privacy. Overall, perfect place for a vaca stay

Summary: Absolutely wonderful hostess. The pool was dirty but she had soneone there the same day. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Summary: Great house and a perfect location for our trip to visit family in the area. The weather was a little too cool to enjoy the pool, but maybe next time. We would definitely rent this house again!

Summary: This property suited our needs very well. If you’re looking for a nice clean relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood, this is your place. We were there for 14 days and only saw 8 or so other people in the neighborhood. You only have to drive a short distance to get to connector roads that take you wherever you want to go. Although we didn’t use the pool much, it was a nice touch. Very clean and nice. The screen room between the house and the pool is a very nice place to sit with a cup of coffee in the mornings. Overall, a nice comfortable, quiet place to stay.

Summary: great..the place was really very nic...sorry to say .i have a few comments though...pool needed filling,pump was not connected,,had to get owner to have pool person in...garbage,recycling ,full to the brim.had to be taken to roadside..no dish detergent, one roll of tp...no garbage bags,,,had to go purchase these two items...yard could have used a cutting...big weeds in front...i have no idea what requirements are with rentals,as this was our first vrbo rental...,but the maids/or whomever gets the place ready for renters should have a check list before renters arrive ..i have to say that the owner was quick to respond to our requests...as i said it was a lovely spot..enjoyed our stay.....

Summary: Overall it was good really couldn't use the pool the water was to cold for this time of year. The only down fall was it only had 1 bathroom
